Trump closed the White House pandemic office, perpetuating the coronavirus crisis.

Before the coronavirus hit America Trump had cut funding and basically closed the White House Pandemic office. The office comprised of an admiral MD and a staff of 40 and had the mission of scanning the world to see where a pandemic might come from and working to mitigate a pandemic if they find one.

Without having the pandemic office to forewarn us America was side blinded by coronavirus.

Trump should be held accountable for this and step down from office.

Mortgages and rents should be paused if coronavirus causes quarantines.

Banks and landlords should pause collecting mortgages and rent due to shut down of the American economy and government induced quarantines.

Many people are laid off or hours reduced due to the coronavirus.

Lack of proper government response should be reason enough to allow delays in mortgage and rent payments.

If the president is going to offer any economic stimulus it should be to the industries that are cut back into those that need to pay rent and mortgages.

Coronavirus is not like the common cold or flu,Be prepared!

The coronavirus is a super virus that is a lot more deadly than the common cold or flu.

It Seems as though the United States is not operating fast enough to contain this as with recent surprises in it’s multiplication and deaths in the country.

So far New Mexico has been pretty safe from this although reports say there are 30 people self quarantined in the state of New Mexico. Be Prepared.

Prepare for Novel Coronavirus Emergency.

Novel coronavirus seems to be getting worse,There’s a lot of conspiracy theories out there, but What’s was happening in Asia doesn’t seem to be a game. The virus has a 20% to 30% higher mortality rate than the flu.

Stock up on food for 2-3 weeks

Minimize handshakes

It’s seems as though the US is sleeping and things are getting worse, it’s better to be prepared and be wrong than not be prepared and it hits hard.

Two problems to Bernie Sanders’ New American Golden age.

If Bernie Sanders wins the 2020 presidential election The American people will be catapulted into an new golden age of untold wealth. By America accepting a Nordic democratic socialist society model, then the balance of wealth would be balanced giving the American citizen a higher quality of life.

The two problems sanders faced are :

1. Most Americans do not understand what democratic socialism is and mistake it for communism,

2. There’s a large body of great people who stand with Bernie but choose not to vote.

If anything the best way to change the system is to have the government regulate corporate and financial monopolies better , and to create programs like healthcare for all and to maintain the overhaul general oversight of the various systems of our country for the true will of the people of America.

The lion and the chihuaha, Pelosi v. Shahid

In regards to the Pelosi v. Shahid debacle,I don’t believe shahid will ever beat Pelosi, I mean he has nice views and I don’t doubt he’s a great person ,I like his ideas ,but I question his reasoning and leadership because he’s quite immature to be challenging a 17 term congresswoman and speaker of the house. Nancy Pelosi gets national publicity on a weekly basis and is well connected (and loved by the American people)and it’s almost disrespectful for him to challenge such a scion of american politics that is entrenched in removing a wanna be dictator from our White House. You have to pay your dues, Shahid should just be glad if he gets into congress and then like a true politician learn his craft in the legislature and earns the right to a position like Pelosi’s.Shahid is barking up the wrong tree he should go against someone less influential to enter congress and work from there ,that’s why I question his reasoning. I know he’s idealistic , but it’s like a 110 pound 22 year old (pumping his chest ,saying he’ll win!!) while getting in the ring with Mike Tyson, something’s you just don’t do.It’s such a monumental task to go against Pelosi, I wonder if Shahid knows he’ll lose and is just seeking attention, time will surely tell, trust me.

This update names the officer involved and what led up to the shooting.

Albuquerque, NM – On January 21, 2020, a Multi-Agency Task Force which was led by the New Mexico State Police was called to investigate a police shooting on Interstate 25 northbound, near mile marker 231 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

At approximately 10:00 a.m., New Mexico State Police Sergeant Joshua Perea who was assigned to the traffic safety operation in Albuquerque, conducted a welfare check on a blue Jeep Cherokee that was parked on the shoulder of Interstate 25 northbound, near mile marker 231.  As Sgt. Perea checked on the Jeep Cherokee, he was contacted via radio by a State Police Officer who was traveling north on Interstate 25 near his location of a male walking towards him with a handgun. The male was identified as Roman Craig (26) of Albuquerque, NM.  Sergeant Perea observed Craig walking towards him holding a gun and gave Craig commands to drop the handgun which he ignored. The Death Of America: A Trial without Evidence

During the Donald Trump impeachment trial the managers from the United States Congress are submitting and requesting vital and relevant evidence to be presented to the public and to be heard regarding the impeachment of Donald Trump. The Senate, which seems to be biased against all things the congressional managers are requesting, is voting down anything and everything that has to do with evidence that would find Donald Trump Guilty; This is the end of the American system of checks and balances and the integrity of the America system of government. By protecting the president, republican senators in the Senate Are paving the way for American to become and oligarch. Long gone are the days of ” no one being above the law” and “anyone can become president if they work hard” . Because trump has successfully seduced half the country and has seduced the republican side of the United States Senate, he can now do whatever ever he likes, what this means is your rights and the great idea of what America should be , has just died tonight.

Attorney General Balderas Joins Multistate Effort to Protect the Rights of Asylum-Seekers

Santa Fe, NM—-Attorney General Balderas today joined a coalition of 20 attorneys general in filing a comment letter to protect the rights of asylum-seekers. Under a new interim final rule, the Trump Administration is effectively attempting to ignore asylum claims by sending people, many of whom are fleeing violence and persecution, to third countries that have signed asylum cooperative agreements with the federal government. The rule, which went into immediate effect, will block states from welcoming asylum-seekers who make significant cultural and economic contributions to communities across the country and threatens to tear families apart.

“We have a humanitarian obligation to help and protect families fleeing from violence and political corruption

in other countries, and the Trump administration’s latest attempt to turn its back on these vulnerable people is

un-American and cruel,” said Attorney General Balderas. “We will continue to fight for those without a voice

and to stop these horrific policies.”

Giving asylum-seekers a safe haven from persecution is an essential value of the United States. In contrast, the Trump Administration’s interim final rule harms thousands of already vulnerable individuals by barring them from seeking protection in the United States and forcing them into dangerous circumstances in third countries that are not equipped to handle their claims. Currently, Guatemala is the only country where an asylum cooperative agreement is officially in effect. However, Guatemala has insufficient staff to handle humanitarian claims. There are only 12 officials working on asylum cases in the entire country, and only three of them are tasked with interviewing applicants. The federal government has already announced agreements with Honduras and El Salvador and under the interim final rule this process could apply to those countries and any other country other than Canada that signs an asylum cooperative agreement with the United States. Disturbingly, the rule provides no safeguards against family separation. In fact, it has no requirement that families who arrived together in the United States be removed to the same country, raising the specter of additional trauma that could have significant health consequences for families and children.

Under the rule, asylum-seekers will be subjected to an additional screening to determine if they should be barred from applying for asylum in the United States. During the screening, asylum-seekers must affirmatively state a fear of persecution or torture in another country that has signed an asylum cooperative agreement. However, asylum-seekers will only receive a written notice of this condition and nothing in the new regulation requires the federal government to provide notice in a language the asylum-seeker can actually read and understand. For individuals who are fleeing violence and traveling on foot for thousands of miles, this is an extremely high burden that requires an extensive understanding of U.S. immigration laws and a working knowledge of the conditions of countries they may have never even visited. With limited time to prepare a response and potentially without access to legal counsel, the additional screening risks simply being an empty, discriminatory formality that violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. In the comment letter, the coalition also argues that the rule is arbitrary and capricious and is contrary to the Immigration and Nationality Act.

In submitting the comment letter, Attorney General Balderas is joined by the attorneys general of California,

Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada,

New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
