Municipalization:a city or county can legally explore taking over the utility infrastructure in its boundaries entirely to establish a city-owned public utility.

If New Mexico can work with our local authorities to help cities purchase PNM infrastructure and develop our municipal energy resources; New Mexicans will be able to keep their energy and fate in their own hands instead of selling our energy system to out of state billion dollar Companies.
