On 3-5-2021, Officers of the Carlsbad Police Department received a phone call from a woman by the name of Gyillcinda Holyan. She said she was in Carlsbad, NM, and needed help. Officers were able to get a cell phone location around the 800 block of Presidio. Information provided to law enforcement led us to the possibility that Cesar Salas had taken Gyillcinda and two children (a 3-year-old girl named Isabelle Salas and a 2-year-old girl named Anaya Holyan). They have been entered into our database as missing and maybe in a green Toyota Forerunner with black rims.
