A massive storm flooded Albuquerque Over the weekend and a bus was stuck at the Central /first Street intersection. There’s no reason why in a city our size downtown Albuquerque should be flooded as it was. Before creating all of these useless pet projects, city officials should create an Effective drainage system for the downtown area.
