Albuquerque  Mayor Tim Keller has written into law that possession of less than 1 oz of marijuana in the city is legal.This is a big move for the city,closely following the steps of cities in Colorado and California.Although marijuana is pretty much legalized its not completely,citizens can still be civilly fined $25 dollars at the officers discretion.
